IIRC, at the end of DMV (the short where Matt gets the DRUGS IN CAR licence plate) they had a shot of a cop car following Matt out of the parking lot. They found out for that one shot, they needed to rent the car for the whole day, so they came up with the idea for this short.

@XxSylentSniper Yes to at least 1 kid, we're not sure on married based on the series. She had a (jerk) boyfriend that she talked to during the AK-Sniper Rifle episode who couldn't handle a) being with a minor celebrity and b) the fact that Red Jacket was more importent then their relationship. ...
