I hate the fact that it's almost impossible to find sheet music WITHOUT the vocal melody incorporated into the piano music. I want to sing the melody and accompany myself on the piano like most people do. I'm not knocking her version, it's awesome, I just wanted to disagree with your request.

2 Reasons. 1) It was the first video I posted; it was a test. 2) I shot several songs in one take and this was the one I wanted to keep because you couldn't hear me singing in any of the other ones. And despite the errors, it wasn't a total failure.
