@wheatguard If I may recommend Ruger SR40 or SR40C the trigger is light and recoils like a 9 mm. It's very accurate and will save you a few bucks compared to the others.

Of Course It Was Failure To Feed! it happened to me more than 5 times already. I The gun has been sent back 2 times already. No more excuses for me.

When I dry fire, I only rack the slide about a quarter of an inch and it resets the trigger. Do I need to fully rack it. I also don't want to wear out the recoil spring unnecessarily if I could help it.

Of course you can carry a loaded gun in the open. Why carry your gun unloaded, that will get you killed and criminals will take your gun too. Haven't you heard of the 2nd Amendment? Look it up.

How's the recoil?Any troubles with it?

Glock 27 takes getting used to because of its recoil. If you can't hit the target at 15 yards by now, switch to a lighter ammo like 165 or 155. Speer ammo is easier than Winchester or Remington.
