Question from a DotA newbie - if an ally gets away with low HP and they're going to survive, can you still deny them? Seems like there's some potential for trolling and griefing there

@narutolrd It's just all over the place and has barely anything to do with the first game. It feels tacked on and unnecessary, kind of like fanfics tend to be. It's just my opinion, sure, but I think they could've done a lot better.
