I have recently been getting into cross fitness training and bodybuilding. You see I once was a skinny dude and I hated being made fun of. Especially when I'm out with my girl.

So I took it upon myself to transform my body into something that will give me confidence and stand proud. I train 2 -3 times a week, that's it! I stick to a well balanced diet and it has made all the difference in my looks. My girl now loves touching my arms and feels more secure when we are out. I get a lot of complements on my physique when I'm out wearing tank tops or those nice cuban shirts. Those shirts are hot especially if you dance Salsa. Sorry ladies I don't do muscle shirts. I keep it tight but not that tight! It's a cool feeling though.

This only happened because I was tired of my self image and I saw my confidence dwindling. So I made the choice to do something about it. Now I'm trying to help others who were like me to do the same which is to get fit, eat right, lose weight, gain muscle mass or weight train effectively. Whether your a guy or girl, I know that feeling when your not happy with your body image. So I'm on a quest to help as many people as I can. Within reason of course.

It's really up to your desire to discipline yourself and get your mind right. So important!
