I have been married to a wonderful man for 5 years and we have lived in the beautiful state of Colorado for 6 hears. I keep myself busy as a full-time Childcare Provider and just starting out as a Personal Trainer. My workouts consist of 3 days of strength training, followed by 10-15 minutes of interval training. I also do 2-3 extra days of interval training. I am a member of Anytime Fitness, as it gets me out of the home and I have access to much more equipment for workouts.
