There is a reason for everything.

This appears to be a game. I believe it is a game that is similar to a military project. It may be based in Bethesda Maryland as many medical radiation projects have been based.

Radiation makes mold re-produce and certain bacteria grow.

I believe this project was of knowledge to Bush and I beleive that his fear of E-mails being found on his computer when he stepped down from office was the reason (just a hunch).

The game has a few different goals, I believe, to either Incarcerate the victim, put the victim in a mental institution, or to murder the victim. The health issues are the way that they can ensure the outcome that is wished for each particular individiual.

A victim must keep their instincts and go back to the roots you had as a child as this is they only way to survive. Do not use violence unless you must defend yourself, as nobody else will defend you.

I want to expose the criminals who claim to be law enfocement. My rights have been taken away from me even without my having produced a crime. That is the basis that you must realize if you are a victim of illegal police tactics. Civil rights are your legal protection, not the stalking, unless you can video tape it and it is still hard to prove since so many may be involved. One way to know if you have a high level of radiation, is if your eyes get hot for no apparent reason. Your eyes are the only body part that does not cool with blood flow, other organs cool with blood flow.

I used to think that taking away a criminals money and home would be the most devistating, now, I think it would be making them face the justice system and spend time in prison for their crimes, as they have done improperly to others!
