They are at risk because they have no family and no direction in their lives. They have no voice. That's where we come in. Buckner provides services designed to respond to the needs of children and families.

Community Programs
You can help support these services that provide true preventative impact on the lives of children by encouraging families to stay together and being a voice for those who need someone to stand up on their behalf. Our community programs include family intervention and training; case management of youth or young adults who have aged out of care; services to children who have a history of family conflict, truancy or running away; family and community enrichment programs; or after-school programs.

Shoes for Orphan Souls
Shoes for Orphan Souls, a ministry of Buckner International, has distributed more than 2.0 million pairs of new shoes to vulnerable children in the United States and to orphans in 74 countries around the world. While our program has made a difference in many lives, there are still millions of children we can reach -- all through a pair of shoes. We are seeking donations of new shoes, socks and shoelaces from individuals, corporations, churches and civic groups.
