Police have always abused there power, earlier in time against people of different races or backgrounds. This is going way to far though, beating people down for just talking? For reporting? That is an abuse of power. I do understand arresting the people with the masks though, it is, in fact, a law.

I despise this, I know people wanna share there lives but there is a limit. This will definitely help stalking and even when people wanna do things privately on the internet, like watch a romantic movie or chick flick and your a manly man guy, then it will show this causing unwanted embarrassment...
