Broken Glass is a young London based theatre company dedicated to producing new and original projects.

We aim for total audience engagement through an essential approach to drama, stripping away all unnecessary elements obstructing the emotional resonance of a performance. By the precision of matching words to movement, with nothing spare and every element meaningful and necessary, we bridge the gap between physical theatre and dialogue-driven pieces, enabling a direct transmission between audience and performer.

As such we are not afraid to tackle unsettling or uncomfortable themes, constructing performances in which raw human emotion is neither glamourised nor painted over. We aim to create performances that resonate beyond the theatre doors, instilling a sustained and considered response, establishing theatre as a vital means of communication, breaking down barriers between the world on stage and the viewer's internal world. We aim to get people thinking.
