Pac used his vocal rhythm and not to mention his own material which made him legendary as to most of today's rappers using synthesizers and lyrics written by someone else.

A band at the Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit played this song and people went crazy singing and dancing, I wish I new the band name, they really made me see Detroit as a town with heart and soul and not just one that looks like a war had gone through it.

Trust me, Detroit has alot more problems than people running red lights lol
