Lecia Breen has made numerous appearances as a vocalist and performer over the years in Washington,Oregon and recently in Palm Springs, CA. She began singing at the age of 6 and started her professional career in her late teens. In 1985 Lesha launched her musical career with the leading role in Cinderella. She has lit up the stage with her portrayal of Magnolia in Showboat, Fiona in Brigadoon, Julie in Carousel, Laurie in Oklahoma! And Marian, in the Music Man. She sang for Lawrence Welk at the Seattle Center Coliseum, was the featured Star Spangled Banner vocalist for the Seattle Mariners. President Jimmy Carter was welcomed to Seattle by Lecias rendition of our National Anthem as well! She also toured with her Jazz Band The Joe Laird Trio for three years and took her Jazz band Quiet Life on the road for a year. Currently she is performing at the Hotel Zoso in Palm Springs and has been seen at the Indio Performing Arts Center as a soloist. Lecia was a finalist in Northern California's Talent competition 2010 in Livermoore, Ca. In February she was the featured vocalist at the "Elks Opera House" at the 105th Opera Celebration. This April she will be the featured vocalist with Milt Cannon's Jazz Band at the Hassayampa Inn in Prescott, Arizona. August 14, 2010 she will be sharing the stage with Gail Mangheim at the Elks OPera house. Lecia is completing a CD called "The Voice" This December. Broadway to Opera.
