My name is Brian T. and I live in Southern California. I'm an ACE certified personal trainer! I've always been an athlete, starting in soccer when I was 5, I played in a club team at a premiere level until the age of 16. I started my training as a bodybuilder when I was 16, at the beginning of my junior year at 135lbs. I began because I wanted to be bigger and stronger than my brother, and I was tired of hearing comments about how "skinny" I was. I rolled in more information as I progressed through training, reading articles and books, and as such my training became more advanced.
