Some guy revealed the secret to uploading high quality vids:
select flv format
audio options - sampling rate custom 44100 frames/sec,bit rates custom 320 kbits/s
video options- video codec auto,frame rate custom 25 frames/sec ,bitrates u have to calculate it,example this 1.37min video would be around 1500 kbits/s,means longer vid=lesser quality
video resize 640x480
vid crop n pad - enable pad,left 0 right 0,top60 bottom 60
Though, now I am working on the dub, even though the Philippines got there ahead of me /=. But it's still good.
