@chrbu22 I have the heavy iron pan for them but if I use enough Crisco, they don't stick at all. The temp has to be just right. Otherwise they get brown or burned too fast if your pan is too hot and that side not cooked enough. Too low temp and they soak up too much fat and don't cook right. ...
