Hi! My name is Brian Greco, I'm 16 years old, and I'm from Pennsylvania. Welcome to my YouTube channel to accompany my website Brian on Health.
Over the past six years or so, my interest in health has continued to grow and I hope to share my experiences with others.
It's an amazing journey to learn about the connection between what we eat and how we feel. A healthier diet has brought benefits to me on many levels, and it's for this reason that I hope to educate and inspire about it.
I also chose to create my site to give back to the dynamic food community that has helped me grow along the way. At the same time, I wish to debunk some of the myths, stereotypes and unfortunate practices that surround the dietary world.
