NuNu is the future in Music, its what she lives, what she knows, all she is Music. My name is Kourtney Thurman. Everyone knows me as NuNu. Im a high school graduate and currently attending Wayne County Community College concentration in Gerontology which afterwards I will be transferring to a University (not completely sure which one yet) to receive my BA in Psychology and after go on for my MA. Im a very goal oriented individual. Though im totally focused on my career as a well known well rounded entertainer, I want to have education to fall back on. I idolize Beyonce. Im pushing for my career to be as successful as hers if not more successful in the entertainment industry. Janet Jackson, Debbie Allen, Alvin Ailey, and Paula Abdul are some more people who inspire me. Im in a singing group called BOi. We are a hot girl group and consist of 4 talented women. I am a lil mut lol (hate that word) a proud African American and proud Brazilian! I love to dance. Dancing is my life! I also have a passion for singing. I model, Act, I style hair, and design clothes. Theres sooo much that I want to do with me life, and theres so much that I am going to do. God has me here for a reason, and that is to make a difference and to be very successful in whatever I may endeavor. I used to play basketball, and I was really good at it, Thats one thing I do wish that I had continued as well as playing the piano. I love to learn (bit of a geek), I love to love because I have such a warm heart, and love to be loved. I value close friendship as well as Family. Im a God fearing young lady and I attend church, well I kind of have to considering that my dad is Presiding Elder of the AME Church which he is over 29 churches within the Michigan Conference. But I also love to help people in need. Some good attributes to best describe myself would be, having the ability to communicate, very professional, a person of integrity, no hypocrasy, I have such a humble heart, im self aware, I value relationships of all kinds, I have a sense of innocence, ability to seek strength from above to walk away from things that are destructive, trustworthiness and loyalty are two valuable qualities that i have, and i just have a strong sense of self over all. All in all God made me in devine order to be a child of his own. Everyone has flaws but life is about learning, progressing, and staying positive.
