We farm on a small scale by North American standards. Organic grain, produced to meet consumer demand for taste and baking quality gives us a good living. It is a special feeling to know that we are feeding people.
We are proud that we are not part of the sucking vortex of chemical dependancy that plagues modern commercial farming; poisoning the world and enslaving farmers...all in the name of huge corporate profits.
Proper crop rotations and methodology gives me as good or better yeilds and weed free fields overflowing with fertility. We believe that chemistry and genetic science have no place in agriculture despite anyone's argument to the contrary.
