I am a 39 year old pre-op transman who has been on Testosterone since July 13,2009. It took me two years to get on T but it was well worth it. I love my life now. I do have a lot of dysphoria issues but i will deal with them somehow someway as I always have.

I am engaged to a beautiful goth girl named Becky. We plan on getting married in the spring of 2010. We just have not yet set a date. She is my world and my everything.

I am a Christian and have been since May 1999. I regret having to wait so long to transition but I know God has His plans for me. I may have never met my soul mate had I not waited. It took me about two years to finally get on T but well worth it...

I am a compassionate person or should I say i have a compassionate soul. I love anything to do with vampires. I was never really much into it until I met my soul mate. I was curious about it but now I am VERY into it....I read books about vampires all the time...The Vampire Chronicles by Ann Rice is awesome!!!

Sept. 30, 2007- Got away from who I was living with and had the freedom to start living as a man.

Dec. 11, 2007- Dr. Elaine Walker diagnosed me with Gender Dysphoria.

Jan-July 2008- Talked to several doctor's about prescribing me T. They all had no clue about trangendered people. One doctor told me he wouldn't prescribe it because it can be sold on the streets yet he was prescribing me xanax for my panic disorder and pain pills for my lower back pain. He was family doctor!!!

Mid July 2008- I met my now fiance Becky on-line. The last week of July we met face to face.

Aug. 6, 2008- Becky and I officially became a couple. A week later I asked her to marry me and she said yes!

Sept. 29,2009- Becky and I moved in together and planned our wedding date which was for Halloween 2009.

Aug. 14, 2008- Dr. Elaine wrote me my note stating it's alright for me to start HRT and to have any surgeries necessary to help me be the man I was born to be.

Early Feb. 2009- Made an appointment to see an endocrinologist at Duke Hospital In Durham, NC named, Dr. Burch.

April 2009- The appointment with Dr. Burch was canceled and rescheduled for July 13, 2009 at 9:30 am.

April 30, 2009- I bought supplements to naturally transition as Tristan Skye is doing. I started taking DHEA,DMAE,CLA,ZMA, Fish Oil, Multivitamin, milk thistle, dandelion root, Tribulus Terrestris, Joint MD, Vitamin B-12, Ginseng, Chromium Picolnate and a few others. May 13, 2009- Added 6-OXO to my supplements.

July 13, 2009- I had my appointment with Dr. Burch. He went over the blood work that my doctor had done on me. We talked a little bit about testosterone and I showed him my doctor's note. He wrote me out a prescription for Testosterone Cypionate. I got my first T shot right then and there. Becky gave me my shot as the nurse walked her through it. I really didn't think the doctor was gonna prescribe me T. I mean I had the carpet pulled out from me on numerous occasions!! I was only happy guy! He wrote my script for 1cc (200mg) every two weeks. The needles are a 1 1/2" 23 gauge.

I am now working on saving money to have my top surgery. I want Dr. Charles Garramone to do my top surgery. I have a long way to go but my goal is to have my top surgery in April no later than mid May 2011.
