Near the end of this video, Neil Armstrong of Apollo 11 is asked to respond to Houston by an unknown source. He is prompted on another channel by an unknown male to "talk", but he apparently remains on the 'covert' channel, and Houston does not hear him respond. Houston asks again if he copied, and he responds again with a faint response that Houston does not hear. Then he finally switches back to the normal channel where Houston can once again hear him.
Who is the unknown male? Is he with the NSA, who we know was working closely with NASA's Apollo Program.

The stilt actor has to conquer his performance-area first. Independent from stage and technology he turns streets and squares into theatre halls. Therefore this kind of theatre, exposed to the rough conditions of the market-place, is influenced by different elements:
The most essential parts of the text have to be extracted and the jist of them cought on to. The audience itself is an integral part of the performance.
So "Theatre on Stilts" is one of the most vivid and direct ways of expressing urban culture.
With actually more than 14 productions of very different character, the Stilt Walkers have marked and developed this genre considerably, since their start in 1983.
