Guitar Hero 3 may be artifically harder than Rock Band 3 (which is perfectly fine), but then you add Pro mode. Seriously, look up a pro-guiltar version of this on Rock Band 3 and tell me that Guitar Hero 3s version is harder.

If this song is used in the credits, it was put there on a later release, such as the downloadable ones for the PS3/XBOX 360. The original credits song for Symphony of the Night is "I Am The Wind."
