About this user

The most important thing to remember about me is that I'm fourteen. You'll find out why in a minute.

First and foremost, I write novels. That's right, NOVELS. Not poems, not short stories, not fanfiction. Actual NOVELS. But the thing about my most treasured novel, which is still in the works, is that it's not the average-length piece. (Apparently this is about 68,000 words.) No, this composition is 100,000 words long, just shy of 500 pages. It's still in the works and if something of mine gets put on bookshelf, then this is the piece that I have high hopes for.

The second thing is that I am an artist of multipe mediums. Though I do prefer Photoshop because of the wide variety of things I can do with it, I really am not the most incredible graphic designer out there. In fact, I'm not even that good. I'm pretty bad if you really look at all the other drawings that people can do, what with making their work look like paintings and such. I can do a bit of damage with a pencil - just a pencil, an eraser, and a blending tool. But not that much damage. Sometimes I'm able to make things look realistic, but that's not too often. However, I draw a LOT. Most of my videos here are speed-draws.

Lastly, I'm a bassist. Not an upright bassist, an electric bassist. (That's what she said!) I'm certainly no Chris Wolstenholme - not even a Mark Stoermer, I don't think. But I really do love to play the bass and because I'm dedicated to learning the art of this instrument, I've managed to get myself far enough down the road to be in a small-town band that has earned a bit of a reputation.

I'm certainly not the average teenager in this day and age. Of course that's fine by me - I march to the beat of my own drum and when everybody else walks one way forwards, I walk the other way backwards.
