After a long discussion with pro and cons RedderBattle639s "freeze glitch score" on Surf Shocker/21 (309mil) will find its way into the WCR. So that is a new World Record for that zone and RedderBattle639s 4th one! He is the 3rd Crasher to beat the magical 5 billion barrier, well done my friend!

The "video" proof for his score will not appear in the "best vids available" playlist cause it is not really a vid (replay) but in all other statistics of the WCR it will appear, in the rankings it is marked as a "freeze" score. In the future such scores will be only accepted if its a proven/trustable Crasher, hope everyone is ok with that.
