I'm an author and lecturer, the founder of yogaheadTM and yoga4diabetesTM. (yawn but I know you need some credentials) I owned and operated yoga studios for several years and have instructed thousands of students in classes, seminars and trainings. I've been immersed in the quest for self-realization for most of my life and over the years I became expert in yoga, mantra and meditation practices. In those decades of searching and practice I have learned that most of what is being taught is "Hollywood Enlightenment" taught with flase expectations of the true journey. The real deal is hard work. It takes courage perseverance and infinite trust!
