Brad Hanks: real estate speaker, trainer, consultant and social media evangelist.
I've been speaking and training in the real estate industry since 1994, when I first became a faculty member of the California Association of REALTORS. Initially I focused on technology training through the GRI (Graduate, REALTORS Institute) program, but quickly expanded my training to include hands-on technology classes, sales productivity training and brokerage management offerings.
Now I speak and train all over North America on the topics of marketing, sales, social media, recruiting and risk management. I instruct the GRI program for a variety of states, and am a Master Instructor for the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB).
