No, you're just wrong. The campaign and Spartan Ops are both great, and the multiplayer settings are slowly getting better. You'd be retarded if you said that Halo 4 as a whole was a bad game. Great graphics, level design, writing, voice acting, etc.

Definitely not. It only starts out that way. Littlepip gains so much more of a character as the story progresses. Kkat handles character development many times better than Somber does, so almost all of the characters in FE are better than the ones in PH.
