Ok it is big = easy to shot, easy target for aircraft or artillery (spgs, +100 mm mortars and etc). This design is not usable in true war. Present war is about hiding, no shiny colors, no exposing or something like that, just hit and run away. It is hard to hide position of this monstrous stupid ...

OK forget ideology, leadership and etc., i would like to say, well done Mr. unknown architect (it doesnt matter who is it), that building is interesting and unique. I like it, unique design. I just love well looking buildings around the world, is that crime?
