I think this may be true because i saw a bunch of cops just arresting people on the side of the road a couple of days ago. I saw it in 3 cities in south western Ohio. Frankllin,Kettering and Dayton.

A lot of people dog on the story but i love the story. It feels like it could really happen in the future. I also love the atmosphere how its so bleack and rainy. I overall think this is a great game.
