Hello Ladies,
My name is Sammie Kennedy. Just few years ago, I was your average unfit 22-year old girl, who never played a sport or picked-up a weight in my life. Truthfully, I was disgusted and miserable with my body... and myself.
With some inspiration, I got a personal trainer, worked out regularly, and ate healthy.
The results, I went from:
*** 141 lbs to 116 lbs
*** 25.5% body fat to 13.5%
*** A size 6 to a size 2 (lowest size ever)
*** Low self-esteem to entering my first FAME Fitness Model Competition ever - my first competition since eighth grade public speaking :)
*** Miserable to authentically happy
*** Tired all the time to having an abundance of energy
