Have I mentioned how much I love the cable access show, "Forbidden Transmission"? They are just the best at finding all kinds of wacky footage that professional studios actually produced, and this clip is no exception.

Here we see Philip Michael Thomas, AKA Rico Tubbs on Miami Vice, trying to capitalize on his momentary 80's fame by performing a single from his failure of a solo album on his own music video...with unintentionally hilarious results.

The song in this video is called "Just The Way I Planned", and if it looks like they just ripped off a lot of cheesy FX from Michael Jackson's old "Rock With You" video...they probably did.
