@Muhammadddodo Memorial Day is a day set aside for Americans to honor military members who have given their lives in the service of their country. The Marine in the video is acknowledging the Veterans who rode their motorcycles to Washington DC to participate in a show of respect for the fallen.

The glow I saw was during a night refueling with a B-52.
There is virtually no chance of an explosion or fire because the receptacle and boom nozzle are sealed. The seals are opened only when contact is made, and by then the two aircraft are grounded to each other, eliminating any differences ...
