Boltjes is an ISO-9001-2000 and ISO-TS 16 949 certified company that is specialized in bending, forming and assembly of tubes in 2D and 3D. We process steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum tubes. It is also possible to assemble the products through welding and soldering. We also offer various finishing's such as galvanizing or powder coating.
The sales and logistics office for Western Europe, Boltjes serial production bv, is located in Ermelo in the Netherlands. In the Ukraine we also have a sales office. For production we have a factory in the Czech Republic, using the most modern machines. For the logistic, administrative and financial processes an ERP system is used.
Our products are used by leading companies in the automotive, medical, heating and cooling industry. Naturally, our tubular operations are also used in other sectors.
Thanks to help of our engineering department to our clients´ developers and designers we provide more than just bended pipes. We also really would like to think along with you for specific project solutions. Every year the company invests substantial financial resources into modernization and expanding its machinery, technology and in developing its employees.
