i know u probably don't expect to get awkward questions like this but I been hearing a lot of myths concerning sex/masturbation and its negative impacts on bodybuilding in terms of lowering testosterone levels which ultimately causes you to gain or recover muscle slower. This question had been on my mind for awhile now I i was hoping you could finally put an end to this confusion.
My brother just got out of Army basic training, and he's now in great shape. And now he's saying that lifting weights is not good for your heart. Is this true? Please let me know thank you.
You're UNDER training and OVER eating. Do more cardio, 30-60 minutes extra. Stop eating so much protein! What your body doesn't use, it just poops out. That's a lot of extra calories you don't need.
im workingout 6 days a week
im slim just got a bit of belly fat
i do weight training 6 days per week and cardio for 90 min weekly
i have been doing this for the past 3 months and eating 160 grams of protein daily . im 160 pounds
