Wouldn't it be better swapin leg day for chest day, just that i thought a lot of back exercises involve legs therefor having a '3-4 day gap' in between leg and back day as apose to a '2 day gap' would mean more rest time.

And guys please shorten the ranges please, '6-12'? why not '6-8' or '10-12'...

i really love ur dubstep man but....i think the bass my be to loud for the drums ect...apart from some slight volume adjustments on certain sounds on your beats, everything els is actually quite filthy, keep these comming mate
