Bobby Joe Thorazine. A fine specimen of a Rock N' Roller with a strange history. Part southern rocker, part gothic glam cheese bag, the unfounded rumor is that he is the unclaimed love child of Rosanne Cash and Nikki Sixx. There is literally no evidence to confirm this but, it sure does sound good. Considering his alleged origin Thorazine developed an early interest in music, learning his first guitar licks from Sylvain Sylvain who clandestinely, albeit hyperactively, told Thorazine, "Don't tell anyone but I stole all this stuff from Chuck Berry and Keith Richards." Thorazine formed his first band with Brian Teasley (of Man Or Astro Man?), Daniel Ferris (of Lunasect) and Kenn McCracken (of the Exhibit(s)), called the Well Dressed Dead. After this bizarre attempt at music failed Thorazine went to work in children's entertainment eventually landing an enviable position at Disney World. This didn't last long however. Thorazine was unceremoniously fired after walking into Michael Eisner's office and punching him in the face for, as he put it, "fuckin' shit up". This led Thorazine to return to rock n' roll where he felt more at home. He joined several bands playing guitar and bass for other songwriters before finally starting his own group, the Dirty Little Rock Band. When this project folded after several reckless, debauched years he put his talents back on the market and was scooped up by K. Lugosi. The two formed Dagger Dolls, a psychobilly outfit which Thorazine says, "still has potential, just no gas money." Currently he is living outside of Nashville while recording on a solo album under the working title Don't Quit Pickin' At It. Release date is undetermined.
