Keeping All Residents Up To Date On Current Events Here In The Beautiful Gated Community Of Western Estates, California
About Me:
Many families only wish they could live here, we have a waiting list of over one hundred families just waiting to purchase a home, if only you could be one, you'd be so lucky!
We have a certain criteria for families that want to live here in beautiful Western Estates. First and formost you must have an annual income of at least $700,000 a year just to qualify to get in. Your past 5 years of your IRS tax returns will be screened by ME to absolutely prove that you make that kind of money. Second, your family must be the right color or ethnicity just to qualify to get in, approved by ME of course and please, no mixed marriages allowed, we can spot them a mile away just like a bad toupee in a crowded room! Third, all families must follow all rules and regulations of the Western Estates HOA official rule book written by ME and Steve, any family that doesn't follow all said rules and regulations, your home will be assessed and any damages to our community will be taxed and billed accordingly as per HOA regulations by ME!
Just a word of caution here homeowners, Steve and I routinely make daily surveillance rounds of Western Estates to make sure that all rules and regulations are being followed. Please remember rule number 1128 Page 457: "Any trash can left out 2 hours after trash pick up, Rusty from the guard shack will pick up said trash can and there will be a daily $40 impound fee of each said trash can until picked up by each scofflaw homeowner at the guard shack" We're watching YOU!
Another thing neighbors, we have just installed the new "Pee Guard" in the Bougainvillea Phase clubhouse swimming pool and any homeowner or homeowners brat kid that pee's in the pool, the water surrounding them will immediately turn bright blue and they will be permanently banned from all phase pool areas. Be on the lookout lifeguards!
We'll keep you updated on any new homeowner openings and please don't keep calling and annoying us, we'll let you know when it's your turn to live here OK!

Number 1: We love gays here at Western Estates, they keep their houses & landscaping just fabulous at all times, they bring their trash cans in on time, they spy on their neighbors for me and keep me updated on all gossip matters, they pick up their dogs crap, they look incredible in their speedo's out by the pool's, etc, etc,etc!
Number 2: Unwed mother's, as long as they make over $700,000 a year & keep their brat kids under control, no problem but Steve and I will scrutinize their tax returns with fine tooth comb, don't try and get anything by us Missy!

What makes you think it is acceptable to prohibit different racial and ethnic groups from your private but public community. You need to rethink about the rules or regulations, because it is poor business to lose a potential customer based on irrelevant things. And you believe in exaggerated wrong stereotypes about minority groups or certain persons pose a moral threat to the peace or quiet of your housing development. I have 3 questions: 1. You admit American Indians from moving into the community. 2. What about single or unwed mothers? and 3. Any opposition to admit homosexual couples as well? I like an answer, thank you.

WHY, because slave trader's forced black's here to America and even their own tribal leaders sold them off to the slave trader's for profit.
America will NEVER, EVER live down slavery. It costs American taxpayers billions & billions of dollars every year and it will NEVER, EVER end!
