1) I will NOT send first, even if I have traded with you before. I do have a list of users whom I've completed trades with already on my channel to show that I am trusted.

2) Card should be mint to near-mint condition, unless stated otherwise. If I receive cards that have major scratches, bends, dents, etc., I will send it back to you, and our trade will be cancelled.

I would like to only trade within North America. Shipping costs to international countries just isn't worth it, unless the trade is big enough to ignore shipping costs.
