Thank you for your comment. I have heard the same thing said about Paris in relation to Buenos Aires. Paris is definitely on my list of places to visit. You should definitely come to Buenos Aires someday - it's relatively cheap for many foreigners (due to the currency exchange rate) and a wonderful place to visit.
