There's no tutorial. I designed it myself. I do have some info on the design on my website, though (blake-foster dot com). Click the projects like, go to the Lego section, and you'll find it.

The program is very simple. It stands on 1 foot and rotates until the light sensor crosses the dark line, switches feet, and repeats.
