About Me:
Inspired by his musician father Richard, music was his passion from an early age, before he was 18 months old Fox picked out nursery rhymes on a toy piano. At the age of six, he pleaded for piano lessons after being completely captivated by a televised performance by Billy Joel. His father bought him a piano the following day and he started piano lessons within the week. His piano lessons, a refusal to play Rugby (for fear of damaging his fingers,) amongst other things led to him being bullied and beaten. The school music room became a refuge, Where he taught himself to play guitar. He later taught himself to play the drums, harmonica and mandolin.
James Fox's passions other than music are his family, Cardiff City football team and supporting the British Troops
