Also, when you projected, did you float up? Or sink down?

I aswell had those types of experiences when I was young of projecting then being sucked back into my body.


I think the reason why you were sucked into your body was fear, you can't fear going to the astral world or you will hold yourself back.

Middle plane is the physical our place of existence, but you can move around the physical plane in your astral body much more easier than with your physical.


When you first Astral Project you normally stay in the middle plane, unless you have one of those strange experiences where you feel as if you sink through where you are laying down and fall into the lower.


If you do want to experiment with AP I suggest taking a skeptical approach to it as we don't know as to whether we are going deep into the mind or really to other dimensions.

It depends upon what plane of the Astral you visit.


In general occult practice the main astral planes are the lower plane, middle plane, and upper plane.


Upper plane would include people such as Buddha, Ghandi, etc. the reason being not because the people in the lower plane can't go to the upper plane, it's we're they feel they belong.


Lower plane would include murders, rapists, etc. they're at home with other bad people, it's just a city nothing horrible happens, there's no damnation, no fire, nothing bad except for the people who are attracted to stay there, they are free to go to other planes at any time.
