The only evidence given there is average based. And tells me nothing I don't know already. All the information there is completely irrelevant and useless. The only use that would have is to give people of certain races less of a chance. Should that article be true, it shows nothing more than averages based on tests and estimations would be present-they didn't test everyone in the world. Also, IQ tests are inaccurate, Using questions such as general knowledge, which has nothing to do with intelligence, only luck and memory.

So describe to me a single good use this information would have, if it were at all accurate. The only use I could think of for this information is racially motivated discrimination, as, again, it's based on averages, which mean nothing in the real world.

That would assume that there is nobody within a certain race who is different. Sure there's great architects, but there are great architects from all races, and great intellects from all races! You don't seem to have the evidence to back up your point. I don't think race directly effects intelligence at all. It's actually been proven that a mixed race person has a much higher chance to have high intelligence.
