Dude, it sounds like TNPGearJunkie has the answers (and wisdom!) you seek. You are in good hands! I probably have a vid on one somewhere. Thanks for watching.

@Blue84Stang,
Ooooh! That kind of stud. LOL! I totally forgot those types of blades. The first knife that popped into my head after you said that was the Kershaw Skyline. It's a great knife, and it's relatively cheap to get. In the end, tell me which move you make.

@Blue84Stang,
I would rely on a cold steel knife, or a spyderco one. You mentioned earlier, (if I remember correctly) a thumb stud sort of device to open the blade. Nutnfancy has something called a zip-tie mod in which he does to some spyderco blades specifically the delica series or endura series of knives. He ties a zip tie to the circular opening on the blade to give extra resistance when deploying it. If you do that, cut off the excess so it is small but maneuverable... Should you need to deploy your blade without using your thumb, you may look into the Cold Steel Ak-47. It has a stud on the blade that when you rub against your pant when taking it out of your pocket, it deploys the knife. (very useful feature...) Only bad thing is that that particular knife has very rough G-10 texturing on the handle, so you may want to use the good ol' Nutnfancy JB Weld mod on it. You may look up all these things- he's got great videos on 'em. Good luck on your hunt for a blade..

@Blue84Stang,
I am glad you are enjoying Nutnfancy and his videos! This isn't Nutnfancy himself, and I'm in no way affiliated with his project, but I would suggest going to his playlists and clicking one of these: "BEST EDC Knives by Nutnfancy", or "BEST Tactical Folding Knives by Nutnfancy." In those playlists, I'm sure you will find what you are looking for. If you have any questions, you can message me on my channel page if you'd like.
