Blind Veterans UK is the charity for vision-impaired ex-Service men and women. Since 1915, we have provided the free services and lifelong support veterans need to discover life after sight loss.
Purpose built for blind veterans in the 1930s, our centre at Ovingdean near Brighton was our very first. It's well equipped with 85 bedrooms, training kitchens, an IT suite, art and craft workshop, gym, swimming pool and other sports and recreation facilities for our members to enjoy.
Llandudno is our newest centre, opened in autumn 2011. It has 40 bedrooms, a variety of residential lounges, a bar, training kitchens, a fully-equipped gym, a sports and activity hall, and an art and craft workshop.
