@Pattymcjiggletits but hes just slowing down the traffic in his lane. plus, most traffic is caused by people wanting to merge to get to their exit; so if hes letting cars in ahead of him, it gets rid of the people who basically stop in the middle of a lane to try and squeeze in between two cars.
