how to get mew without cheats:

you need red, yellow, or blue version, and pokemon stadiums 1 and 2

catch mew on red blue or yellow with the mew glitch

trade it to pokemon stadium, then trade it from there to pokemon stadium 2

trade m fropokemon stadium 2 to fire red, leaf green, emerald, sapphire...
