I was born during the summer of 1986 in Glasgow, in a hospital that has since been demolished. Eleven years later I moved to England and I currently reside in a sleepy little town in Leicestershire.

In 2003 I found the French discipline of Parkour and it changed my life in many ways. It has given my life direction and taught me a lot about myself and what I can achieve with a clear goal and some elbow grease. I aim to teach Parkour to other people so that they can benefit from it as I have.
