Ater having been promised success if he attended school and earned a degree, Blaise B. was furious to find out that he was literally sold a lie and forced into a life of debt and disappointment. Though he enjoyed his work, a series of unfortunate events forced him out of his position as an educator and like so many other recent grads, he was now in a mess he hadn't foreseen. Blaise became horribly bitter,dropped everything, and locked himself behind closed doors to work on his craft in solitude. Forced to do what he had to in order to survive, Blaise withdrew from society for months. He sought solace in the woods where he was able regain a sense of peace as well as physical health. It had become abundantly clear to Blaise that he was waisting time mulling over the past and worrying about the future, when truly, all he ever had existed in the now...
Under the guidance of Dr. Hawkins, Blaise B. successfully recontextualized what he once perceived as tragedy in his life, and is now determined to maintain the status of victor through the obstacles that are sure to come. Recently Blaise B. has emerged in the Northwestern region of the nation focused on the goal of world domination...

Blaise B. is an American born rapper from Chicago's South side. He is most well known for his ability rap. The content of his songs explore a wide variety of emotions and experiences that include life in the inner city, spirituality, inebriation, introversion, social interactions (both awkward and successful), wisdom, ignorance, seriousness, sarcasm, and the beautiful struggle that is life.

Blaise B. has opened up for the likes of Lupe Fiasco, Sadat X, One be Lo, Blueprint, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Oldominion, The Grouch, and Zion-I as well performed stage side with Common.

He has released 4 mixtapes, all of which are available on Datpiff.com for free!
He is currently working on his 5th mixtape, "Confessions of a Blunthead" as well as a self-produced project. Both are scheduled for release by early 2012...
