I do not advocate eating disorders AT ALL!!! These videos are to encourage HEALTHY weight loss (cutting calories, exercise, increased activity level, lifestyle changes).
The girls in my videos aren't EMACIATED or freakishly thin.... they usually range from a size 2-4. They are healthy, but very slim/thin/slender weights that we can all realistically aspire to.
