With this new release Alkatraz presents two tracks as a showcase for his versatility when it comes to high quality trance productions. The first track, "Requiem", is a cut with a certain classical ring to it and the synth chords on the eighth notes create a real drive that simply pushes your audience towards the dance floor. The next title in this EP, "Losing Grip", is a subtle but ever so danceable production with an almost elusively present piano, hammering its chords in the background. With a true build up towards the break, you can only imagine dancing to this track at a large event, waiting for that moment where all hands go in the air for the break until the beat comes back in again. This new Alkatraz EP could have been a 12" with a double A-side!
